Fast processing
Most orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days leave the same or next business day.
Tracked delivery
Every order ships with tracking, emailed as soon as it leaves.
Discreet packaging
Plain, sealed parcels with no product names on the outside.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, or on weekends, are processed the next business day. Large bulk orders may need an extra day.
Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays can occasionally add time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it has not updated within 48 hours, contact us.
Restrictions
We only ship where the products can legally be sold and delivered. Some states and localities restrict vape or hemp-derived products; orders to those locations may be cancelled and refunded. It is your responsibility to know the rules where you live.
Address Accuracy
