1. Remove Every Stopper
New devices often have a rubber stopper on the mouthpiece and sometimes on the base. If one is still there, air cannot flow.
2. Change Your Draw
Take a slower, slightly longer draw. Very short or very hard pulls sometimes fail to trigger the sensor.
3. Charge It
A low battery is the most common cause. Follow our charging guide and try again.
4. Warm It Up
Oil thickens in the cold. Hold the device in your hand for a minute or two before drawing.
5. Clear a Clog
Gently blow through the mouthpiece (do not inhale) to push back any oil that has pooled, then wipe the mouthpiece clean.
6. Check for Leaks or Damage
If the device is leaking, cracked, hot or swollen, stop using it right away.
7. Check the Oil Level
If none of the above works and the oil is nearly gone, the device may simply be finished.
